Since '96 Skool 77 an MC from Guadajalara, Mexico has been active in the progression of the state of Hip Hop in Mexico with 4 albums to his credit with the latest being Hip Hop Revolucion Vol 3. Influencued by distinct styles of music such as Funk, Reggae, Salsa, Regional Mexican, Cuban as well as poetry and Latin-American literature all which are evident in his music. Providing his listeners with songs of struggle and resistance as well as equality, fighting racism and abuse of power. Some might define Skool 77 as a Political MC but he defines himself as a warrior searching for a revolution through music and not arms.
